We run a number of charitable events throughout the year supporting local and national charities that are important to our people. People are at the heart of our business. Our talented and experienced people are central to Cpl's success, which is why they deserve to be celebrated. 

Every year at Cpl we hold an Annual Party to bring together our people from across all 23 brands in Ireland and internationally. The event is an opportunity to celebrate our successes and honour those employees who best illustrated our core values.

Our Sports and Social club is a great way to interact with colleagues outside of work, with football and tag rugby examples of the initiatives. It also ensures discounts for work nights out, as well as other events held throughout the year.
