About us

Cpl has been recognised for the past 5 years as a Great Place to Work and we are currently placed 14th in the Best Large Workplace category, we are very proud of this achievement!

Our vision is to be the world’s best at transforming our clients through total talent solutions and experiences and we can only achieve this vision by having great people working for us. We want all our people to work with great clients and candidates and to be the best at what they do!.

We are fortunate to have the calibre of people we have in Cpl, who believe deeply in what we do and are committed to delivering service standards to the highest level.

We value the opinions and continually seek feedback on initiatives that we have at Cpl. We get our people involved at the early outset of a programme that involves change. Each of our business units have dedicated Great Place to Work Champions who support the development and rollout of initiatives that impact everybody at Cpl.

We are committed to providing a range of initiatives that the continually strengthen our working environment but also strengthen the wider community that we work and live in.

We love to celebrate and it’s the small things that can make a difference to a day such as international women and men’s day and identifying female and male role models, celebrating valentine’s day, running wellness challenges across our offices, the annual Christmas jumper competition, annual bake-off competitions, pancake Tuesday, team building days, the Cpl Annual Ball and blue Monday to name a few!

What employees say

"The values echoed company-wide by each member of Cpl, the endless charity work, the stance on discrimination and minorities (not just in the workplace) and the activism for human rights, is something I have not encountered on such a level before and something I am very proud to be a part of."

Stephen Molloy, Principal Team Lead, Cpl Languages

"Cpl has proven to be an excellent place to start my career. I’ve been able to grow not just professionally, but personally, working across so many different disciplines and teams. There is an excellent culture where you are given the opportunity to present your ideas and feel valued for your contribution."

Alison Trueick, Senior Marketing Executive, Cpl Group Marketing

People are at the heart of our business. Our talented and experienced people are central to Cpl's success, which is why they deserve to be celebrated.

Every year at Cpl we hold an Annual Party to bring together our people from across all 23 brands in Ireland and internationally. The event is an opportunity to celebrate our successes and honour those employees who best illustrated our core values.

Our Sports and Social club is a great way to interact with colleagues outside of work, with football and tag rugby examples of the initiatives. It also ensures discounts for work nights out, as well as other events held throughout the year.
