How can an organisation become a Great Place to Work?
A Great workplace is all about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs and the extent to which they like their colleagues. Cultivating trust, pride, and healthy relationships in the office is key. Achieving the goal of a great workplace will vary from organisation to organisation.
Workplaces that actively improve their organisational culture can reduce employee turnover, facilitate better relationships with customers, and, ultimately, position their organisation for growth. When your employees trust their managers, take pride in their work, and have camaraderie with their colleagues, the whole company prospers.
How can my organisation get recognised as a Best Workplace?
To be considered for Ireland's Best Workplaces™ in 2023, participating organisations are required to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work first. Once Certified™, you'll be automatically considered for placement on the Best Workplaces™ lists throughout the year. One application is all you need. To be eligible for Ireland's Best Workplaces, if you are a large organisation (250+ employees), you will need to submit a Culture Audit. Through our assessment framework, the results of the Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit (only if you are a large organisation) will allow us to determine eligibility for recognition. The top 25 organisations in each category (small, medium, large) will be recognised as the Best Workplaces™ in Ireland in 2023.
