Our great workplace

Our workplace is designed to foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.

We’re based in a bright and modern office in Donnybrook in Dublin 4, not far from Sandymount Strand and the Dart. Our office has a full onsite kitchen as well as private shower facilities for those who might like to cycle to work.

We place a strong emphasis on collaboration across different departments. Employees are encouraged to work together, share ideas, and support one another to achieve common goals. We value diversity and inclusivity in bonkers.ie, and aim to create an environment where all employees feel respected and valued and have their opinions heard. Social events and team-building activities also contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

But we realise employees don’t always want to be in the office. That’s why we allow our staff to work from home or other locations up to two days a week.
