About us

We are a hospitality business with properties located in Wexford, Carlow, Dublin, Cork and Tipperary. We have 9 properties in total, 6 hotels, a self-catering apartment block, an exclusive wedding venue and a Family Entertainment Centre. We promise our guests Excellent Friendly Service by Exceptional People, every time. We employ exceptional people and are very aware that our success, our future success and our future growth is attributable to and dependent on our team. Since starting my employment in the Talbot Hotel Wexford in 2021, I have felt myself become part of a family as well as a great collection of hotels. The job satisfaction I get on a daily basis is immense. There's a clear emphasis on the future of every single employee, with potential for all individuals to grow and develop their careers in the hotel, supported of course by a wonderful management team. I, myself am an example of this, when I was put forward for the Trainee Management Development Programme - a three year hospitality management degree in MTU Tralee. I always enjoyed working in the hospitality industry in general however, my experience has been greatly enhanced by working for a place like the Talbot where everyone is working alongside you rather than above you. There are many great incentives to work for us such as: free Leisure centre membership, 15% off in selected shops, dedicated insurance programmes, pension schemes and a yearly savings club.
