What defines us

ThinScale has a "people-centric" culture. We care about our employees and their health and well-being. Having a fully remote workforce emphasises our efforts in this regard. Weekly mindfulness sessions and a Mental Health Promotion programme are just some of areas that we promote. We encourage employees to take regular breaks throughout the day to get some fresh air and physical exercise. 

We have a flexible working policy, which allows us to work at the times that best suit us. We choose to work around family commitments, gym sessions, walking the family dog, and anything else that you can think of!

Our culture in the workplace is collaborative and friendly. We can communicate easily with anyone in the company, regardless of level. Easy access to our CEO and our C-Suite reflect this in practice, where all opinions and suggestions are welcomed.

Career and jobs

Application tips

All open roles are posted on the Careers section of our website. We ask candidates to upload their CV and answer 2-5 simple application questions. Cover letters are not required, but can be uploaded if you wish. We pride ourselves on a swift interview process with feedback provided within 48 hours of sitting an interview. The number of interview rounds is dependent on the role that we are hiring for, but 2-3 rounds covering various aspects of the role requirements is standard practice. Certain roles within ThinScale require a final round presentation to our C-Suite.
