Our great workplace
Tayto Snacks currently employs approximately 350 colleagues based primarily at our production site in Ashbourne Co. Meath. Colleagues within the Operations division are split across teams working on the factory floor, Maintenance, Technical & Quality and Supply Chain. The Operations team work across three shifts – days, evenings and nights and our factory produce crisps and snacks 5 days a week.
Our business teams (working a 3:2 hybrid model of remote working and onsite) are made up of Commercial, Finance, IT, Marketing and People & Culture. These teams work office hours, 5 days a week.
Finally, we have our Field sales team who are based across Ireland. This team is made of Business Development Representatives and Market Developers who work directly with retailers ensuring our product is displayed and available to consumers where and when they want it.
