About us

O’Dwyer Real Estate Management (ODREM) is one of Ireland’s leading property management companies. The business was established in 1987 to manage long term property investment portfolios on behalf of high net worth individuals, family trusts, including institutional Pension funds. The firm is now focused on being the leading service provider to international and national funds operating in the Private Rental Sector (PRS) and to supporting rented housing in the mortgage to rent market. We want to become the industry number one, with an exceptional customer experience platform for tenants and landlords.

Word from the top

Reaching the criteria to appear on the list of Best Workplaces in Ireland is a massive achievement, and has provided a great platform for our organisation to differentiate ourselves both externally and internally as employers of choice. While attractive benefit packages will go some way towards employee satisfaction, the companies on this year’s list have realised that their unique and distinctive cultures are what will mark them out in a crowded market.
