Our employees are our biggest inspiration and every year we have a recognition ceremony within our global event “All Hands Meeting” where we present a series of awards to celebrate those employees that go above and beyond their assigned work and make a genuine impact within the community, through volunteerism and other charitable work, those who have been in the company for more than two years and make a crucial impact on the organization, as well as employees who have recently joined PTI and have immediately made a significant impact on the company, their department and the team as a whole.

As teamwork is one of our values, we also have an award for those who have worked seamlessly as a team and had a significant impact on the success of PTI.
