What defines us

In everything we do, we try to nurture a truly empathetic culture – one that mirrors our values as people who want to care for each other and provide a supportive environment to flourish in. 

 Empathy is our first touchpoint in any consideration related to staff or clients, and as such, it trickles into our decision-making and people management strategies across the board. We have always found that the more empathy we show the people in our business and industry, the better things are – for everyone. 

We operate on a remote-first basis, meaning employees will have the option of working remotely indefinitely (even after Covid is behind us). We came to this decision collectively after seeing first-hand how well it worked for employees and clients alike.
