It’s great that the Office provided me with the support I needed to be able to continue on with the ACCA exams including flexible hours, paid tuition, study and exam leave.
Having these supports in place meant I could structure my studies and work around my family needs.
Now I have qualified as an accountant, I have been able to gain promotion to become an auditor.
Despite going up a grade the supports are just as strong as before.
We’re delighted to continue to be recognised as a Great Place to Work. This is a reflection of the strong team ethos and supportive, inclusive culture that our people generate – well done! We are acutely aware of the important role we play in enhancing accountability for the public finances. Maintaining a strong, healthy workplace culture is key to our success in this. The feedback gained from the Great Place to Work process ensures that we keep focused on continually strengthening our culture.
The people who join OCAG come for the challenge and the potential to improve and strengthen public accountability. OCAG is more than a place to work, it’s a place to think, grow and make a difference.
We undertake regular recruitment campaigns to look for people who wish to join a professional, dedicated and highly skilled workforce to serve the public through our work and supporting the public accountability process.
