Following the recent establishment of our Group Services Centre in Dublin, Eurofins Scientific Ireland has built a diverse team of people focused on supporting Eurofins’ operations across the world, and our scientists who every day contribute to global health and safety. In addition to gathering the right people with competencies and team skills we need to support our business, we have continuously focused on growing the right culture for our employees, so they can reach their full potential. In a year which was challenging for everyone, I am very proud of the culture and many initiatives driven by our managers and teams at Eurofins Scientific Ireland, motivating and making our teams feel more connected while they work apart.
