Vice President, Knowledge Development

Sarah Lewis-Kulin is Vice President of Knowledge Development at Great Place to Work^®.  She joined the company in its early years in 2000, and has contributed to its rapid growth in the last decade by playing leadership roles

in the development of several of its major client services units. She has worked with multinational consulting clients to implement global assessment projects; launched the project management group for the Institute’s client services team; created the Institute's highly successful event & networking business lines; and, most recently, directed the Institute's flagship Best Companies research group. In her current position, Sarah furthers the Institute's mission by championing its thought leadership agenda and developing IP-based new product lines. 

Sarah lives in California with her partner and young son where she is infinitely grateful for year-round local organic farmers markets and only occasionally lapses into the Brooklynese of her youth.
