Product Director for Global Training

As Product Director for Global Training, Erika oversees the design and development of workshops and training programmes that help companies transform their workplace culture, and is responsible for ensuring excellence in programme delivery

by affiliates in over 40 countries. Previously Erika has served in a variety of ways at the Institute, including directing a global virtual training programme, serving as director of consulting operations, working with clients in the implementation of organisational assessments, and managing the development of an action planning tool for managers.

Erika credits her strong training skills to 5 years in Japan spent trying to coax reticent junior high school students to speak English. Erika has a lifelong love of learning and travel, which these days mostly involves finding the best beach and picnic spots with her husband and two sons — and a good mystery book when they let her take a break to read.
