Managing Director and Vice President, Product Development

Ann Nadeau oversees the global headquarters operation of Great Place to Work^®, serving as a member of the company’s international management team. Ann is responsible for the teams that provide marketing, business development, product and operations support for the nearly 50 countries in which Great Place to Work operates.

VP of International Operations

Michael Burchell, Ed.D. is Vice President, International Operations at the Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. A member of the corporate team, Michael oversees business development of multinational clients across the affiliate network, and supports affiliate growth and development world-wide.

Jose Tolovi, Jr. is Chairman of the Board of Great Place to Work^® overseeing affiliate relations and heading the Board’s Investment taskforce. He is an Engineer with a Doctoral degree in management and spent several years teaching graduate courses in management.

Jose Antonio Yazigi is a member of the board of directors at Great Place to Work^® Institute, Inc. He has partnered extensively with major corporations throughout the United States and Latin America in both consulting and business development

Chief Executive

John Ryan has been CEO at Great Place to Work in Ireland since January 2011. Previously, John was self-employed as a management consultant, providing services to indigenous organisations as well as foreign multinationals in the areas of Strategic Decision Making, Communications and Positive Behaviour Building.

Managing Director

Cathal Divilly brings nearly 10 years’ experience in research and management consulting to his role as Managing Director of Great Place to Work in Ireland. During his time with the Institute, Cathal has played a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of the business in Ireland and internationally.

Communications Director, EMEA and Chairman of the Global Advisory Board

Bob Lee is Communications Director with responsibility for Europe, Middle East, and Asia. His primary role is to represent Great Place to Work at conferences, workshops and higher-level training interventions throughout Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He is also Chairman of the Great Place to Work Global Advisory Board.

Programme Coordinator

Claire McGeever recently joined Great Place to Work in Ireland as Programme Coordinator. In this role she manages the day-to-day activities of the assessment programme, supporting clients from an array of industries.

FINANCE

Pam Rock joined Great Place to Work in Ireland in 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of finance including accounts payable and receiveable, financial planning, and payroll. Before joining us, Pam held similar positions in a variety of companies in the freight sector.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Brían Sutton is Client Relationship Manager at Great Place to Work® in Ireland. He focuses on developing clear and strong personal relationships with clients and their individual workplaces to help each achieve their goals on the journey to creating a great workplace.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Aideen joined Great Place to Work® in Ireland as Operations Manager in early 2011. Her background is in Financial Services where she worked as Head of Operations and Head of Customer Focus for a large global insurance company.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

In her role as Senior Project Manager, Fiona Wilson heads up the Best Workplaces Assessment Team and is responsible for the management of various bespoke projects such as the annual Best Workplaces publication in the Irish Independent.

Co-Founder and Researcher/Writer

Amy Lyman was a co-founder of the Great Place to Work^® Institute. During her tenure she developed the Institute’s consulting services in the United States, and oversaw the finance, legal and operational activities of the entire organisation.

Internal Communications Manager

Lexi Gibson is the Internal Communications Manager for the global headquarters team. She started her career with Great Place to Work^® in 2009 when she moved back to the States from Paris. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from The George Washington University in D.C. and a Master's degree in Global Communication from The American University of Paris.

Vice President, Knowledge Development

Sarah Lewis-Kulin is Vice President of Knowledge Development at Great Place to Work^®. She joined the company in its early years in 2000, and has contributed to its rapid growth in the last decade by playing leadership roles

Global Marketing Officer

Charles Pelton is the Global Marketing Officer at Great Place to Work^®. A journalist and event producer by training, Charles is also a moderator, facilitator, editor and writer -- not only in the fields of human resources and organisational development,

Product Director for Global Training

As Product Director for Global Training, Erika oversees the design and development of workshops and training programmes that help companies transform their workplace culture, and is responsible for ensuring excellence in programme delivery

Program Manager for Global Training

As the Programme Manager for Global Training at Great Place to Work^® Institute, Yulia Savitskaya is responsible for developing and rolling out an interactive training program series to clients and worldwide affiliates.
